IS THIS WHAT YOU WANT? (final project)
hey guys guess what, the mannequin that we've been talking about A LOT....IS FINALLY DONE! *phew* at last. first of all can i be honest with you, this thing cost a very hardwork. from the idea, materials, techniques, trials and errors. there's one point that we almost gave up and want to change the ide of hanging the mannequin, BUT NO we do not give up! because we believe that this project could be done just as we want.....although it does cost a lot of work. Sooooo here's the final picture installment:
at first we failed hanging the mannequin, but with the help of Pak Rahmat the mannequin hangs, yay.
this mannequin came from the idea of "Sexism and Rape Culture". the mannequin represents the victims, the body that was made by chicken wire act as the person was caged, and the limbs (that made from newspaper, magazine and cling wrap) represent how vulnarable the victims can be after they got hit by 2 those things.
