SAR Organization is very important to have in every country. In Indonesia we have BASARNAS. Without them we cannot investigate or rescue people if there are a disaster. The function of SAR is, conducting search and rescue operations in the shipping and aviation disaster, natural disasters and other calamities, implements the strategies and fulfill all SAR equipment or facilities gradually in order to make SAR as an independent, fast, precise, and reliable in correspondence with national and international.
In this case, people should appreciate more of this organization. This organization is a bit underrated and under appreciated in this country, because without this organization or their skilled people with rescuing knowledge, we can’t help the others or getting help if there’s a disaster upon us.
